In-store purchase system

  1. If you can bring it directly to LAST LAB Shibuya Main Store, you do not need to make a reservation. Please come as per your convenience.
  2. We will look at the condition, model year, etc. based on the market price, and then present you with a price.
  3. If you are satisfied with the amount we have presented, we will pay you in cash on the spot.
  • Please remember to bring your ID. Identification documents are required to be verified according to the Secondhand Goods Business Act. Please note.
  • If you take care of and clean the item beforehand, the appraised amount may increase.
  • Please do not forget to bring the product's accessories and boxes.

Consignment sales system/Terms

  1. When consigning items to LAST LAB Shibuya Main Store, we will take care of the item and pay the customer after the sale is completed. For payment, you can visit the store and choose to pay by cash or by bank transfer.
  2. In principle, we can sell at the customer's desired selling price. However, if the desired selling price is far from the market price on the used market, we may advise you on the selling price based on the sales history and market price. Please feel free to contact us regarding sales prices.
  3. We will receive 15% of the product price excluding tax as a sales commission. We will pay 85% of the product price to the customer.
  4. Items that can be sold on consignment must have a tax-excluded product price of 30,000 yen or more. For items under 30,000 yen, please use in-store purchase.
  5. The consignment sales period for each item is 90 days from the date of consignment receipt. For items that have passed the consignment sales period, please choose from ① to ③. ① Purchase at 50% of the product price at the time of consignment sale ② Return ③ Period extension
  6. If you wish to extend the sales period, we will review the sales price and extend it for up to 90 days.
  7. To pick up the product after the sales period ends, you can choose to either come to the store to pick it up or have the product returned to you at our expense.
  8. We will not be held responsible if the product cannot be sold within the period.
  9. We are not responsible for any changes in the condition of the item, such as signs of use or scratches, caused by trying on the item during the consignment sales period.
  10. Please note that there is a possibility that models may wear this product in photo shoots for sales promotion, etc.
  11. We will contact you regarding the end of the consignment sales period. If we do not receive a response from you within one month of contacting you, we will assume that you have relinquished ownership of the item, and we will mutually confirm that we will take ownership of the item.
  12. Even if there is a reply to our contact at the end of the period, if you do not pick up the item for more than half a year, we will assume that you have abandoned the ownership, and we will mutually confirm that we will acquire the ownership.
  13. Under no circumstances will we be able to accept returns or refunds due to cancellations after a sale has been completed.
  14. "Sold out" will be displayed at the online shop when the purchase process is completed. Therefore, it is not a guarantee that payment will be made to the consignor at that time.
  15. Payment for consignment sales items is not eligible for credit card payments.
  16. Our company will not be held responsible for any damage caused to users due to natural disasters, system troubles, or other force majeure events.
  17. In the unlikely event that a user incurs damage due to a default or illegal act due to our negligence, we will not be liable for more than the consignment sales price.
